To support our growth, our Business Transformation Team is looking for a Project Manager.

Being a member of our Business Transformation Team, you bring your passion to help our teams to enhance the performance of our client services and boost organization health of our teams.
You will act as coach and influencer to orchestrate the industrialization of the usage of the Low-Code vs. No-Code tools used in our team. You will also work in close collaboration with our internal clients from the Tax, Audit or Advisory departments

What you will be working on

You will closely collaborate with the Project Engineering Leader and the Business Analysts of the team to:

Orchestrate projects to deliver in scope, time, and budget:
• Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
• Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change
• Having regular meetings with the Business Analyst in order to have an accurate view of the current situation an accurate view of the remaining work for the known initiatives.
• Delegating tasks on the project to employees, business team and/or IT services best positioned to complete them
• Reporting issues and escalating to the Project Engineering Leader when needed
• Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple teams are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
• Communicating with various stakeholders to keep the project aligned with their goals
• Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
• Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected

Co-build and design solution improvement in close collaboration with the business line to facilitate their work life, reduce our time to deliver and increase our capacity to deliver :
• Analyzing current business solution and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge
• Recommending an option when presented with multiple options
• Improving training and operational procedures within a business to increase efficiency and productivity
• Working directly with clients to understand the individual needs of the business
• Overseeing implementation projects from beginning to completion
• Evaluating risks and impacts on IT and business side
• Using a variety of data analysis and organization tools to discover the most impactful insights
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
• Ensuring high quality of deliverables
• Defining and executing communication plans

Participating actively to the promotion and the communication about the Low-code vs. no-code tools promoted by the team:
• Being an active member of the Alteryx Community
• Organizing event around the usage of Alteryx

Promotes out-of-the-box thinking and generates new ideas to improve processes & service. Support the problem-solving mindset across our Firm. Aligns activities with KPMG Luxembourg goals around people attractivity, quality and efficiency to drive sustainable business results. Participates to the engagement of business analyst resources.

What we look for
• Master degree in IT, engineering, finance or similar.
• 5 to 7 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Some experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience gathering requirements from end users.
• Experience with agile projects.
• Experience in managing a small team
• Good knowledge of business modeling terminology
• Some knowledge of Data Management and application architecture.
• Creative, result oriented, looking for innovative and pragmatic solutions
• Ability to formulate business objectives and mobilize people to work toward these objectives
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and to coach people to develop their skills and abilities.
• Ability to deliver training modules.
• Ability to communicate a need for change, create some of necessary conditions for successful change
• Fluent in English. Any other language is considered as an asset.
