iNAV is an innovative Data & Analytics tool developed in house by the Financial Innovation and Technology team, iFIT, to provide specialized services in the areas of portfolio valuation and investment fund benchmarking.

Due to its success and rapid growth, iNAV services are now used globally within the KPMG network to provide clients with a broad range of analytical reports.

We are seeking a Project Manager.

As Project Manager in the iFIT Business Team you will have the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, designing, execution, monitoring, controlling and closing of mid-size applications.

What you will be working on
• Ensure that the projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Collect needs and help stakeholders define their needs
• Propose best solutions to problems in order to achieve operational efficiency and alignment
• Evaluate risks and impacts on IT and business side
• Coach and supervise more Junior team members
• Ensure high quality of deliverables
• Develop project objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring with IT technical feasibility
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the proper execution of a project
• Report and escalate to Audit Innovation leaders as needed
• Manage the relationship with all stakeholders, including Auditors, IT Security, Data Privacy, Legal, IT, Procurement, DPP, Risk Management teams and external stakeholders
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Properly plan and manage the change management process for each project
• Define and execute communication plans

What we look for
• Four to six years' experience in a similar position
• Bachelor or Master degree
• Knowledge and experience in organisational effectiveness
• Business skills & method
• Knowledge of the legal environment
• Certified in project management framework or methodology (Scrum, PMI, Prince2, PMP, etc.) is a plus
• Audit knowledge is a plus
• Technical IT skills are a plus
• Strong command of English required, good command of French and/or German/Luxembourgish is a plus
• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
• Attention to detail and ability to manage several tasks and responsibilities in parallel
• Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the firm
