Projects & Sales Manager (M/F)

CONTEXT
KBL is looking for an ambitious, driven, solution-oriented person to assist her in the design, implementation and follow up of strategic & operational projects within the Private Banking service line (Wealth Management Department) in Luxembourg. This role will work very closely on a day-to-day basis with our Private Bankers (Front), Middle-Office and Controls departments (Audit, Compliance, Risk). Broad intellectual scope that allows to enjoy both the detail of the operations and contribute to the development of the Luxembourg Private Banking sales & marketing strategy.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of strategic, regulatory & operational projects: scope of projects potentially includes offering, pricing, positioning strategy definition, business development goals definition as well as a wide range of operational & regulatory topics such as process optimization, operating model definition, sales steering process & governance definition...

Define the scope and coordinate the implementation & follow-up of action plans based on Audit, Compliance & Risk reporting

Analyze sales data and prepare sales management meetings with key messages; coordinate and support sales steering activities with the Private Banking Management team, Private Bankers and Investment Management

Gather Front Office feedback/ pain points and provide regular project updates in team meetings; come up with creative ways to communicate regularly and transparently with Front Office in a smooth, clear and concise manner
QUALIFICATIONS
Master Degree in economics / finance/ business administration

Relevant experience of 5-10 years in project & sales management is essential

Proven track record in delivering projects & solutions in the Private Banking industry

Previous experience in consulting is a strong plus for this role
SKILLS
Very strong problem solving and analytical skills (data analysis, articulation of key messages and status reporting to all levels in the organization)

Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships and influence and persuade through credibility, integrity and professionalism.

Strongly collaborative approach, with good understanding of when to support stakeholders and when to challenge

Attention to detail, high level of diligence and ability to multi-task and work on tight deadlines

Self-directed, motivated and enthusiastic personality
LANGUAGES
Very good level in French & English required

Any other language is an asset
