We are seeking a Regulatory Relationship Coordinator in Audit Quality Unit

Our Audit Quality Department which is in the Audit Function is offering you new challenges. Seize the opportunity to increase your skills, grow and develop yourself!

What you will be working on

Assist in handling regulatory matters for the Firm

Contact with regulators about administrative considerations

Management of professional licenses, communications and reporting to regulators

Liaison with audit professionals and business services of the Firm

Design and implementation of processes and tools about regulatory matters for our system of quality management

What we look for

You have at least 3 years' experience in audit function

Strong command of French required, good command of English is a plus

Sound knowledge of the Audit law and Audit Regulation as well as international auditing standards and IESBA code of ethics

Highest standards of integrity and ethics

Experience in dealing with regulatory matters or in risk management is an advantage

Tech savviness

Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills

High sense of service

Diplomacy and ability to adapt himself/herself to the audience

Ability to work autonomously and in collaboration with other colleagues as necessary
