As a Senior Compliance Officer, you will be:

  • Working closely alongside the Conducting Officer and the private equity team based in Switzerland
  • Initiating due diligence reviews on existing and new partners
  • Completing Compliance documents in relation to limited partners and private equity investments
  • Proactively participating in the reviewing of the KYC/AML risk tolerance and risk assessment of their Private Equity Funds
  • Managing and update of the firm's compliance governance and policies dedicated to the Private Equity Funds
  • Analyzing and reporting potential regulatory risks related to AML/KYC
  • Screening and verifying private equity investments against sanction/black-lists
  • Providing Compliance training internally across Europe, with regards to Private Equity

As a Senior Compliance Officer, you should have:

  • A University degree in Law, Finance or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, having worked closely within a Private Equity team
  • Strong understanding of Luxembourgish AML/KYC laws that are applicable to Private Equity Funds
  • FATCA/CRS understanding
  • Excellent negotiating skills to deal with the private equity team internally ad private equity investors externally
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Fluency in English, any other language is an asset
