Mission
As Senior Manager of SOGELIFE Change team, you will be responsible to create and lead a team of change specialist including project managers, IT and business professionals. This team aims at accelerating the business transformation and notably the automation of operational processes. Innovation is part of our DNA and as such we aim at using technology to deliver a delightful client experience to our partners. This team will strongly contribute to increase the efficiency of our processes and the customer experience.

  • Deliver the projects and programs to agreed budget, benefit, quality, timeline and scope parameters;
  • Manage a team (Project Managers, IT and business professionals);
  • Provide direction to the project leaders on effective planning including organizing Governance reporting and management review of each active project;
  • Collaborate with SOGELIFE Digital Officer and other internal business to achieve application implementations throughout the whole company;
  • Define the implementation strategy to assure effective implementation of new solutions and/or processes
  • Provision of clear and measurable objectives, supporting the team to innovate, share ideas and enable change to achieve the objectives
  • Lead by example, embrace change guide your team to adapt & grow, be honest speak up, build strong & enduring partnerships across the business


Profile
  • Master Degree IT or Finance
  • 3 to 5 years work experience in business transformation and change management
  • Experienced people manager
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Problem solving
  • Experience at a senior level in project/program management
  • PMP or related project management qualification
