Software Developer (Java/Web)

• 6 Months Rolling Contract 
• On-site 2/3 days per week 

Very good technical skills in the following domains are required:

• Object oriented analysis and software design
• Java SE 8 or higher / Java EE 6 and 7
• REST web services
• Maven
• Unix/Linux
• Git and Github
• Oracle SQL

Experience in one or more of the following areas will be of advantage:

• Deploying applications to Application Servers JBoss / EAP
• Public cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GPC…)
• Docker / Kubernetes / OpenShift / ArgoCD
• OpenShift Service Mesh / Google Tekton
• Linux Shell scripting
• HTML / CSS / Javascript / React
• Agile development

The following interpersonal skills are essential:

• Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate
• Highly self-motivated, self-directed and attentive to details
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Critical thinking, the ability to identify problems and propose solutions
• Knowledge of French and/or German is an asset.
