We are seeking an SoQM Coordinator

Our dedicated SoQM team oversees the operation of KPMG Luxembourg`s System of Quality Management (SoQM) based on International Standard of Quality Management 1 (ISQM1; Quality Management for Firms that Perform Audits or Reviews of Financial Statements, or Other Assurance or Related Services Engagements). ISQM1 is a global standard that requires audit firms to identify and respond to quality risks as part of a firmwide system of quality management.

What you will be working on

2023 is the first year of operating under ISQM1 and you will be part of a business-critical team, have the opportunity to shape processes within the new team, obtain an in-depth understanding of the firm's SoQM (processes and controls) and interact with various departments and the global network.

You will monitor and facilitate the continuous operation of our SoQM controls, coordinate with relevant stakeholders of controls, become a business champion for our SoQM GRC tool (Governance, Risk, Compliance) and follow SoQM methodology and reporting requirements of the global KPMG network.

What we look for

Strong analytical and communication skills with an interest in technology / automatization

At least 2 years of experience working in quality management, internal control or auditing

Qualification in or knowledge of QM-Systems, e.g. ISO 9001, is considered an asset

Good command of MS-Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Visio (for process flowcharting- not required but is considered as an asset).

Fluent in English, good knowledge of French and/or German is considered an asset.
