Specific duties: Main purpose of role: The individual delivers against goals and targets set by the Manager
acting within defined procedures. The role is an SME/Business Team Lead function.
Responsibilities: - Ensure specialist knowledge is kept current and appropriate
- Improve current processes to meet the changing requirements of our clients and improve efficiency
- Ensure awareness of and adherence to the key TA controls at all times
- Participate in completion and implementation of projects as required
- Participate in data review, including checking and sign-off during control process
- Communicate relevant information as appropriate up and down the line and escalate where necessary
- Attend and actively participate in all meetings, ensuring communication is open.
Core Requirements: Regulatory: - Exercise due care and due diligence, ensuring the areas the role is responsible for are organised and controlled;
- Comply with the regulatory regimes in which IFDS operates, with particular consideration given to relevant Client Asset, Data Protection and Financial Crime Prevention regulations, as appropriate to the above role.
