Our client is a premier global investment bank and they are looking to hire a Technical Service Delivery Manager for their Technology Infrastructure operations in Malaysia. This is a senior role with a responsibility to support the technology infrastructure, ensure high levels of service standards and drive continuous improvement.

Technical Service Delivery Manager - Technology

(Based in Cyberjaya Malaysia)

Our client is a premier global investment bank and they are looking to hire a Technical Service Delivery Manager for their Technology Infrastructure operations in Malaysia. This is a senior role with a responsibility to support the technology infrastructure, ensure high levels of service standards and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the service related issues across business groups and provide solutions
  • Escalate issues as and when required and follow up on service delivery as per standards
  • Provide IT service solutions for the APAC (Singapore, Beijing, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Japan, and Australia) and region aligned to strategic plans and priorities.
  • Drive process automation and streamline processes across the operations
  • Provide VIP support and collaboration to drive technology solutions as per global standards
  • Drive continuous innovation and usage of collaboration tools to improve service
  • Leverage enterprise wide expertise in technology solutions

Requirements

  • Relevant diploma or bachelors degree
  • Strong experience in IT performance management
  • Experience in change management and project management
  • Strong knowledge of IT processes and standards including Incident & Problem Management, Service Desk 1st & 2nd line.
  • Understanding of the interdependencies of application and technical infrastructure
  • Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in Financial Services industry is preferable
  • Strong interpersonal & influencing skills
  • Willingness to take on new challenges, confident and self-motivated
