Account Manager, Merchant Relations Unit

• Responsible for offering and providing merchant services to existing or potential clients.
• Assists clients in the set-up of merchant services & systems; responds to issues that may require troubleshooting.
• Ensures the maintenance of systems and accounts including inquiries regarding billing, payments, and procedural issues.
• Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Overall merchant acquiring business management - expand merchant base, sales volume and acquiring P&L
• Managing existing and new business partners (internal & external) to build long term synergy and distribution networks.

Qualifications
• Preferably a degree holder, with relevant business knowledge (especially credit cards / merchant acquiring)
• Proven track record in sales, relationship management in merchant and acquiring business
• Ability to manage stakeholders, acquiring team and partner's relationship
• High integrity and process compliance
• Have passion for engaging with people
• Have very strong convincing & selling skills
• Ready to take on challenging and concurrent tasks
• Team player and ability to lead is advantageous
• Very pleasant & warm personality
