Application Support-Core Banking (credit card)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To provide system support for Silverlake Integrated Card(SICS) - Credit Card and Debit Card .
  • Perform problem investigation - problem identification, root cause analysis, solution definition and implementation to SICS system
  • Support and implement Visa or Master Compliances rollout or certification.
  • Perform SIT testing on the production bug fixes
  • To work closely with user to support UAT testing on the production bug fixes
  • Perform regression SIT & support testing on production bug fixes / enhancement.
  • Perform program coding and fixes when needed
  • Provide application support for Disaster Recovery exercise and application schedule shut down activity, estimated 8 times per year scheduled during the weekend


Qualifications
•4 to 5 years of strong application technical knowledge in AS400 programming using RPG/LE, CL/LE, Control-M and Connect Direct
•4 to 5 years of strong application technical knowledge in design or support application servicing online channels using handler method and batch job execution in AS/400 subsystem, using Job Description, Job Queue, Data Queue or Message Queue setup.
•Good knowledge in banking product such as Deposit, Time Deposit, Loan, Non-Performing Loan, Collateral, Cheque Processing, Electronic Banking Services, .
•Knowledge in SIBS application domain knowledge is an added advantage
•Good communication skill, able to articulate production issue clearly in technical context and as well to business user in simple and effective manner, in verbal and writing
•Strong analytical and problem solving skills, able to identify the root cause of issue base on the behaviours and symptom descript by the user.
•Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage changing priorities
•Willing to work occasionally outside of normal business hours
•Essential to have a can-do attitude to work under multi-tasking environment
•Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proactive and team player.
•Willing to work at Cyberjaya.
•Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
