Area Manager Priority Banking

Role Summary
This position is primarily responsible for accruing, growing and deepening Priority Banking (PB) centre business profitable through effective relationship management, both with customer and staff.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Responsible for development and growth of PBC business, drive to meet overall sales target.
To develop sales strategies/direction to drive business growth and profitability
To build a strong team of PB Relationship Managers and Associate Relationship Managers via systematic human resources planning and development.
To adopt and implement best practice to improve governance market responses and customer service.
To perform periodic visitation to ensure consistent sales growth
To carry out any other duties as assigned by Management
Managerial Responsibilities
Primary responsibility for the development and growth of PB Centre business.
Involved in managing, coaching and motivating team of RMs/ARMs to maximizing team performance and achieve set goals.
Supervising quality of customer service to both new and existing clients.
Organizational Responsibilities
Responsible for managing compliance with established sales operations policies and procedures, regulatory guidelines to safeguard both bank's and customer's assets.
Education/Qualification
Possess at least a Degree in any field
Experience
Should possess at least 5 years of experience in the financial services business, preferably in priority or premier banking with sales management experience.
Special Skills
Should be enthusiastic and confident in assisting people to manage investment and financial portfolios. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a high respect of confidentiality and privacy of customers are essential. Good analytical thinking with a strong business and financial acumen.
