We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our HSBC Amanah team in the role of Assistant Customer Services Manager, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, the job holder is mainly responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in all aspects of branch operations, Retail Banking & Wealth Management and Commercial Banking products, operational, risk and financial targets at the branch to ensure maximum branch profitability and operational efficiency, thus attaining branch strategic and operating objectives in line with HBMS' strategic plans. Job holder is also expected to live the Amanah brand and to ensure the branch delivers a memorable customer experience.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Achievement of branch targets and support the branch business operating strategy
  • Champion and drive a culture that supports the HBMS branded customer experience
  • Creates positive staff morale, motivation and actively manage performance.
  • To safeguard the Bank from loss and always protects the Bank's reputation
  • To maintain HSBC internal control standards / ensures high standard of operational efficiency in the branch


Qualifications
Requirements
  • Preferably with degree or its equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • Strong operational background and problem solving ability is essential
  • Preferably with experience is managing human resources to ensure effective and efficient Branch teamwork as well as high quality of services without compromising on staff morale and productivity.
