Compliance Manager, Surveillance & Investigation

  •  Responsible for coordinating and managing surveillance and investigation operations
  •  Implements programs and controls to safeguard the business portfolio
  •  Collects and analyzes data/information
  •  Reviews and participates in all investigations
  •  Tracks and monitors surveillance cases and incidents
  •  Regulates adherence to all regulatory, bank and departmental policies and procedures
  •  Supports internal compliance and risk controls processes


Qualifications
  •  Degree, diploma or equivalent
  •  Minimum 3 years of banking experience, preferably in regulatory, audit or operations. Customer-fronting staff with background in Control and Compliance would also be considered.
  •  Ability to analyse, interpret data/information with reasoning skills
  •  Aptitude for accuracy, attention to details and high quality work
  •  Ability to maintain high confidentiality
  •  Experience in conducting investigations and interview techniques is an added advantage
