Fulfillment and Admin Manager

• To oversee a team that performs the fulfillment of customers' service requests, department administrative work and MIS.
• Execution of budget preparation and cost allocation.
• Prepares financial reports.
• Prepares monthly performance related report/scorecard.
• Drive and motivate the team in timely, quality and accuracy in processing.
• Participate, lead and drive the team in process improvements.
• Approver and reviewer for department administration, MIS and claims.
• To guide and lead the team in working towards achieving unit and department goals.

Qualifications
• Degree/diploma holder with relevant working experience.
• Proven experience as fulfillment/administration manager.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
• An analytical mind with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A team player with leadership skills.
