IT Specialist - Consumer Banking (Branch Automation)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To provide system support for Branch Banking front-end application including teller system, queue systems, digital media systems.
  • Perform Level 1 and 2 of production support
  • To perform problem investigation - problem identification, root cause analysis, solution definition and implementation.
  • To work closely with users to understand their needs & issues.
  • To manage system risks and conjure improvements to mitigate and manage risks
  • Liaise with vendor on the Scope of Work, enhancements progress and fix implementations


Qualifications
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Computer or related fields
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Windows desktop operating system support
  • Experiences in Windows scripting, Windows Server 2012 and MS SQL Database is an advantage
  • Knowledge in Banking IT environment is a plus.
  • 24 x 7 on call rotation offsite standby support.
  • Preferably minimum 3 years of working experience in similar capacity.
  • Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and team player.
  • Able to work with cross border colleagues
