Job Responsibilities:
  • You will be part of a Regional Processing Unit responsible for processing of all types of Loans originated by Corporate customers in the region
Responsibilities include the following:
  • Perform day to day operational duties of Loans transactional processing
  • Support organic development of technology solution for loans operations by using applications such as Automation Anywhere, MS Access Database, SharePoint and Excel Macro and VB
  • Ensure compliance with Citigroup Policies, guidelines and local and US regulatory requirements governing Loans transactions
  • Deliver services in line with agreed service standards and turnaround time to meet customer's expectation and achieve error free processing
  • Required to be involved in on-going process improvement, productivity and service enhancements
  • Identify issues, perform investigations and ensure timely resolution
  • Liaise with internal/external customers and maintain good rapport and relationship with them
  • Maintain a well-controlled operational environment and regularly self-assess the soundness of operational control procedures, settlement mechanism, accounting and documentation
  • Involvement required for process improvement, productivity and service enhancements
  • Perform any other Ad hoc functions assigned


Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • A recognized Bachelor's Degree preferably in Information Technology, Banking, Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of Operations experience
  • Ability to read and converse in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Proficient with computer software and applications
  • Willing to work staggered/shift hours and on public holidays
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player and able to work in a highly challenging environment
  • Proficient in MS Database Excel (Macro/VBA), SharePoint will be advantageous
  • Analytical and problem solver with technology solution
  • Self-driven to proactively learn new tech skills and apply in the system enhancement
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
