Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform day to day administration of the ServiceNow tool
  • Create, update, and retire entries in the Service Catalog, or co-ordinate the activities of other Service Catalog administrators
  • Maintain the integrity of the ServiceNow tool across production and non-production environments
  • Assisting in troubleshooting patch / release management issues

Technical Skills
  • Required
  • ServiceNow Certified ServiceNow Administrator
  • 2+ years' experience in ServiceNow as a System Administrator or similar responsibility
  • Relevant IT architecture experience
  • Understanding and experience with agile software development methodologies (e.g. Scrum)
Preferred
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
  • Web Services integration experience, especially REST
  • ITIL v3/ 2011 Certification
