Senior Executive, Digital Marketing

Job Summary
Strategize and implement digital marketing campaigns for projects & initiatives undertaken by the department to improve the overall customer experience and branding of Hong Leong Bank.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategy to promote initiatives by the department, including goals, budget and tactics
• Design and produce marketing content/materials for campaigns and events
• Continually measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (KPIs and ROIs)
• Understand our positioning and ensure that our digital marketing strategy deliver a consistent brand message
Managerial (team/group responsibilities)

Jobholder Requirements
• Preferably degree in business administration/marketing/mass communication

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital media agency or digital marketing
• Experience in events management is an added advantage
Special Skills
• Aware of current and evolving digital platforms
• Well versed with ads tools (Google Adwords, Analytics, Adsense, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads)
• Exceptional spelling, grammar and punctuation skills; strong attention to detail
• Knowledge and experience in design skills (Canva/Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator)
• Knowledge in Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to communicate and work well both independently and across stakeholder groups
• Adaptable to dynamic, startup-like working environment
• Passionate in exploring new ideas
