Team Lead, Business Support (based in KL Main Branch)

• To assist on product profitability and segmentation analysis.

• To participate in annual budgeting process/ budget planning process.

• To provide monthly analysis report review on customer portfolio to Head of Department.

• Ability to extract, organize, analyze, and report data in a manner that is useful and relevant for making business decisions.

• Support in implementing enhanced processes, policies, standards and workflows for the department.

• Continuously to seek alternatives in improving overall department workflows.

• To assist, support and perform any ad-hoc projects/ initiatives/ presentation slide as assigned Head of Department

• As a checker role on staffs daily, weekly and monthly tasks. (Compliance matter, department revenue report and administrative tasks)

• Ensure satisfactory rating on all audits.

Bancassurance

• Review and follow up with GE any pending cases.

• To work closely with GE to roll out campaign/ event for Large Corp/Commercial Banking.

• To provide with bancassurance analysis and report to Head of Division.

• To provide with bancassurance report to Commercial Banking.

• Work out to identify cross-sell opportunities and design to increase revenue.

• Work closely with GE and EMB in improving overall workflows.

Qualifications

• A recognized Degree

• Minimum of two years' relevant experience with strong analytical skills in the areas of Wealth Management, Business Banking or Cash Management

• Strong presentation and communication skills, influencing and problem solving skills

• Positive mindset, willing to learn, able to work independently and initiative driven

• Must be willing to travel

• Must be a team player
