Vice President, CFS Finance

Job Responsibilities:
As the Head of SPSI and EMP, the role is to contribute to the achievement of CFS OP17 financial targets through the following:-
o The design and implementation of effective variable commission plans
o Champion the implementation of strategic cost management framework and effective expense control

• Sales Performance & Incentives (SPSI):
• Development of new and revision of incentive schemes. Provide insightful analysis to ensure alignment to business goals and sales targets. Recommend improvements to uplift sales performance.
• Ensure accurate and timely computation of front lines variable sales incentives of all sales channels.
• Provide leadership to review and improve efficiency of the incentive end to end process.

• Expense Management (EMP):
• Lead, supervise and execute annual operating plan (OP) and monthly forecast for expenses.
• Identify opportunities and risks to ensure expenses are managed within OP. Recommend and execute corrective action plans.
• To manage cost drivers to ensure strategic initiatives return of investments are met.
• To implement effective expense control including cost allocation methodology and basis/drivers.
• To manage monthly expense accruals function and perform variance analysis.
• Key liaison person for internal audit or management reviews. Ensures effective cost control measures are in place. To recommend and implement improvement measures.

Qualifications
Job Requirements:

1. At least 8 years of working experience of which at least 5 years in Banking / Finance Management / Accounting discipline.
2. Experience in business planning, financial management / analysis, or audit is essential.
3. Strong business acumen and analytical mindset with eye to details. Experience in incentive or cost management would be added advantage.
4. People management. Have experience manage a small team of business / finance /sales analyst
5. Stakeholder management. Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders required.
