When you join us as a Service Manager, you will build your knowledge in banking products to effectively serve our corporate customers, ranging from small medium enterprises (SMEs) to large corporates. You will also be professionally trained to deliver solutions-oriented and prompt after-sales service to our corporate customers.
Opportunities are available to shape your career by moving into various specialist roles after 2 years. This includes positions allowing the individual to gain in-depth knowledge of back office processes through investigation work on complex customer issues and working with operations for prompt resolutions. Positions are also available for individuals to serve a portfolio of larger corporates with product holdings like payments, time deposits, loans and other cash management products.
If you have an outstanding personality with leadership qualities, you can look forward to take on a team manager position within BBCSC.
- You must be passionate about customer service, pro-active and cheerful in nature; possess good verbal and written communication skills and problem solving skills; and able to handle high volume of calls.
- A strong service mindset and ability to take ownership to deliver excellent service at all times is essential.
- You should preferably have a degree or diploma with work experience in a Contact Centre, Banking or Customer Service environment.
