Super rare opportunity to join a leading super tech company! We are looking for a Business Analyst with Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience to join their high-performing team where they are tasked in driving customer centric cross channel solutions & processes and achieve business objectives.
Responsibility:
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify use cases to be implemented using SFMC
- Responsible for business requirements, functional design, customer journeys design, configuration, testing, training and implementation of SFMC
- Ensuring deliverables are of the desired quality and have appropriate sign-offs
- Monitor and track product feedback to help in the prioritization of development projects
Requirements:
- 5 years of relevant experience with SFMC
- Strong understanding of SalesForce Marketing Cloud comprising journey Builder, Automation studio, email studio, mobile studio, Ad studio, Contact builder, etc
