The candidate will provide thought leadership in the conceptualization, planning and execution of key transformation programs for OCBC Group Consumer Financial Service. The area of transformation includes client onboarding, wealth advisory, sales fulfilment. These programs focus on boosting sales productivity and delivering customer-centric and scalable capabilities to :
(i) Empower RMs to be mobile and digital with increased sales effectiveness
(ii) Equip RMs with a unified platform for a digitally engaging interaction with our customers
(iii) Transform wealth advisory, sales fulfilment and trade execution capabilities

Qualifications
The candidate must have :
  • More than 10 years of relevant experience in digital transformation initiatives, leveraging technology, process re-engineering tools, and human-centred design principles
  • Effective people leadership with proven ability to promote collaboration amongst peers, manage & motivate project teams
  • Passion to spark change; tenacity to push boundaries and resilience to drive change
  • Ability to translate business objectives, challenge status quo and shape business requirements into meaningful transformational projects
  • Ability to communicate and influence senior management, stakeholders and peers across the organization
  • A very strong customer service excellence mindset
  • Creative and innovative team player
  • Domain knowledge in frontline digital sales is a plus
  • A good university degree
