JLT Private Client Services partners with global private banks to deliver product propositions that integrate life insurance into their overall wealth management solutions for high net worth clients. Base in Singapore office, the Case Management supports the sales team in case management work for life insurance policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise closely with sales team in support of their business building initiatives
Assist with medical exam/re-test/additional test arrangement
Provide overview & strategy on each case submission
Ensure information and application documents are in order
Submit/liaise with insurers on application
Liaise with bankers/assistant on documentation
Maintain good record keeping of each application
Update progress on pending case report and inforce list
Liaise on clients' travel reimbursement/commission payment/referral fee payment
Ensure application/premium payment fulfils internal compliance guideline
Handle ownership transfer within 1st policy year
Familiar with product features/insurers' application process/banks' credit process
Participate in internal & external continuous training/learning programme
Admin liaison person for the bank gatekeepers on reports, product approval, collateral assignment documentation etc
Participate in general improvement of internal process

 

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor degree or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office

At least one to two years of working experience (preferably in the banking/insurance industry)
