Senior Devops Engineer
Client: Banking
Top Skills: - Cloud, CI/CD, Openshift or Cloud Engineer/Architect
Contract: 12 Months Renewable Agency Contract
Required
- Strong fundamentals and hands-on skills in Linux/Unix/Windows Operating systems administration * Excellent programming skills using Shell Scripting/Python and other scripting languages
- Strong knowledge in installation/configuration/administration of web servers, application containers like any web servers, any J2EE compliant containers
- Excellent working knowledge in Ansible for automating software provisioning, configuration management, and application deployments
- Good knowledge and experience in DevOps tool stack like Jenkins, Git/bitbucket, sonarqube, artifactory, application scanning software's, docker registry to enable teams to adopt CI/CD
- Good working knowledge in automating and deployment application stack using kubernetes, Dockers, Openshift, baremetal/VM's, AWS
- Ability to analyse and resolve complex infrastructure resource and application deployment issues
- Good experience in standard monitoring tools like AppDynamics, ITRS, sysdig, Elasticsearch, Grafana, prometheus
- Increase day-to-day operational efficiency and accuracy via the use of automated tools and scripts
