Digital Sales Onboarding Manager (AVP/VP) - EBusiness (Internet / Mobile Banking)

The candidate is being sought to develop and drive the Digital Sales Onboarding agenda for E-business. He should be familiar with digital innovations and technologies, including APIs, possesses strong knowledge in relationship account onboarding and online journey management.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the development of the Digital sales and Onboarding Roadmap
  • Leverage on API ecosystem for online acquisition and sales
  • Integration of 3rd party APIs on Bank's acquisition platforms
  • Leverage of Bank and National identification proxies for frictionless onboarding

Qualifications
Requirements:

  • At least 4-6 years working experience in digital campaign management
  • Data driven experience with analytics is a plus
  • Preferably have a banking or e-Commerce background
  • Project management experience on digital channels and products is a plus
  • Demonstrate the ability to conceptualize unconventional and creative approaches to problem solving
  • Customer experience focus and able to design optimal user journey's for sales and marketing campaigns
  • Able to influence through strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Able to manage tight timelines and multiple engagements / projects
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good to have basic design skills for internal communication and presentations
