We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Cybersecurity team as a learning designer and project manager for projects undertaken by the Cybersecurity Education team with KPMG. The learning designer will provide inputs on best practices on techniques used to develop learning content across the various media types typically used for learning. Key responsibilities include:
1 Manage and co-ordinate day-to-day activities between the Cybersecurity subject matter experts and content conversion vendors.
2 Participate in Cybersecurity education related projects undertaken by KPMG.
3 Design and organise Cybersecurity training programs delivered via seminar, conference and workshop formats.
4 Design and rollout Cybersecurity training programs delivered via online and e-learning platforms.
5 Manage and develop project team members.
6 Responsible for managing staff and individuals; developing personal growth opportunities; including oversight of their daily responsibilities.
7 Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
A successful candidate should possess the following qualities and qualifications:
1 Have significant operational Learning & Development design & delivery experience.
2 Have an appreciation and awareness of Cybersecurity topics that are relevant to create tailored training programs targeted at Board of Directors, C-Suite, Management, and Staff.
3 Strong communication skills; ability to quickly resolve operational issues / problems.
4 Proven working experience (4 - 8 years) progressive Learning Design experience.
5 Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
6 Adequate knowledge of learning management systems, SAP's SuccessFactor preferred, and web delivery tools, such as Articulate Storyline.
7 Highly proficient with MS Office (2007 or later).
8 Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualified or equivalent preferred.
