The ideal fit is comfortable working directly with clients and enterprises in adopting new digital products, driving and providing insights during the onboarding process. It is important that the end-to-end digital journey has a positive influence and results.
You will have a strong understanding of the core product roadmap as you will be the primary point of contact for enterprises. You will be supported by the engineering and development team to configure digital platforms as per business needs and requirements.

The role requires strong collaboration across Products, Development and Engineering. You are the bridge between enterprise and business to ensure retention of enterprises. You will also be responsible for training sessions for end-users, different stages of product adoption and overall digital experience.
