The Position: Managing a portfolio of global Financial Markets Change Initiatives, you will:
- Plan, structure and execute on delivery of solutions to business problems
- Build and develop on stakeholder and internal team relations
- Work closely with business partners/stakeholders to identify and solve issues
- Conduct training, communication and engagement of key stakeholders
- Understand the business and recommend improvements/solutions to help optimize/resolve
The Candidate: - Must have familiarity of Financial Markets products (etc. FX, rates, bonds)
- Minimum 10+ years of business change/transformation experience
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and management
- Comfortable with ambiguity yet bound to high standards
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experienced in managing high scale projects end to end
- Highly motivated, collaborative, team-player
