About the Department The
Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.
Job Responsibilities The Workforce Planning Analyst will oversee workforce planning and forecasting activities for Group Technology & Operations (GTO). This includes workforce analytics and reporting to support effective resource allocation and business decision making.
- Partner with the line of business to manage resource scheduling dates in current roles and ensure accurate scheduling data in the system
- Understand project assumptions and priorities for roles and partner with the line to determine 'sourcing' channel to fulfil demand
- Manage and track people's productivity metrics such as chargeability, bench, average time to fill demands for the respective resource pool
- Develop and maintain tools and templates to facilitate workforce planning and forecasting
- Provide guidance to resolve supply/demand issues, and provide input into workforce planning activities
- Drive and/or participate in decision-making for staffing decisions that needs escalation
- May be required to support ad hoc projects related to line of work
Job Requirements - Bachelors' Degree (or equivalent) with a focus in Human Resources Management or Business Management related discipline
- Experience in Workforce Supply and Demand Management
- Capability to understand and balance the impact of scheduling decisions on all of the business outcomes (overdue demand, productivity, labor cost, employee engagement, etc).
- Highly empathetic and able to vary styles of interaction to match the needs of a variety of audiences and personalities
- Experience in work forecast modelling, data insights and dash-boarding with demonstrated experience in capacity planning, real-time analytics or work force planning
