Front Office System Support Analyst (Contract), Global Treasury (BMU – BSS)

Key responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to Global Treasury dealers in all locations responding to their system related queries and reported issues
  • Support key Treasury systems and Front office applications from business and functional perspective
  • Work closely with IT and other supporting partners to investigate, identify and resolve all Front office system related problem logs
  • Track pending logs, Inbox items, ITSRs and provide timely feedback to the users community
  • Help out in various project initiatives during SIT/UAT cycles and production rollouts
  • Assist Front Office users in building on-line tools and solutions to facilitate their daily operations
  • Able to build online Simulation Views and Dynamic table reports in Murex

Qualifications
Requirements:

  • Experience in supporting treasury systems and applications, previous Murex knowledge and experience will be an advantage
  • Solid business domain knowledge of the treasury products and financial markets, understand trade life-cycle
  • Good trouble-shooting and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good technical skills and experience in simple scripting (VBA, XML, Python) will be a plus
  • Good analytical skills and ability to perform under pressure
  • Keen learner with desire for growth and further development
