  • The VP Roadshow Sales will report to Senior Vice President, Head of Direct Sales. This role would require you and your team to be responsible for directing and supervising sales operations and to support the ecosystem of Direct Sales organization
  • Established and develop partnerships where we could drive Direct Sales roadshows and Citi at work roadshows to greater heights in line with consumer trends and demands in the market place
  • Work alongside with Sales leadership team to identify and assess market and industry trends. To evaluate threats and work through strategically and value add to the Direct Sales strategies to achieve overall sales deliverables
  • Managed internal and external stakeholders across branches, IBC and cobrand partnerships and vendors
  • Provide thought leadership on driving Direct Sales and embracing digital as part of acquisition onboarding strategy
  • Ensure that the unit operates in a manner that delivers superior client experience while achieving key business driver and goals
  • Continue to raise standards, improve efficiency and support growth strategy
  • Building and automate deployment schedule, reports and dashboards to help Direct Sales have a view of ongoing roadshows success
  • Perform data analysis to identify needs and trends to support strategic ideas


  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven negotiating skills, and ability to drive results
  • Growth mindset, ability to work independently and self- motivated
  • Experience in managing roadshow sales team and vendor would be an added advantage
  • Ability to interface with all levels of management as well as peers
  • Comprehensive knowledge of policies and procedures to ensure the maintenance of operational controls that exceed audit standards
  • Strong team building, interpersonal and communication
  • Analytical approach to problem solving and track records of driving superior outcome
  • Process and control oriented, with an appreciation of regulatory and control considerations
  • Ability to think and react in a face paced, high energy environment
  • Experience in managing roadshow sales team and vendor would be an added advantage
