You are tasked to acquire New-to-Bank (NTB) customers by cross-selling Citi Priority proposition to individual customers, companies, and emerging affluent segments. You will help organize Citi Priority events and prepare marketing materials, as well as conduct telesales activities to emerging affluent segment clients. In addition, you shall engage Branch Banking Managers and Personal Bankers, Internal partners , Citi at work and through strategic alliances to increase overall NTB Citi Priority for assigned branch and the platform. At the same time, maintain regular MIS of Citi Priority acquisition sales for department.
If you are a tertiary diploma holder with at least 1 year of excellent retail banking sales experience, this position will appeal to you. You should also possess new relationship acquisition skills and be competent in Microsoft Office. Highly motivated individuals with excellent interpersonal and events management skills will have every opportunity to excel.
Job Purpose:
  • Responsible for acquiring Citi Priority new-to-bank (NTB) customers
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Cross-sell Citi Priority proposition to individual customers, companies, and emerging affluent segments
  • Organize Citi Priority events and prepare marketing materials
  • Telesales activity to emerging affluent segment clients
  • Engage Branch Banking Managers and Personal Bankers to organize Citi Priority events and increase overall NTB Citi Priority for assigned branch
  • Engage Internal partners, Citi at work and through strategic alliances to organize roadshows, events and referrals to increase NTB Citi Priority for the platform
  • Maintain regular MIS of Citi Priority acquisition sales for department
  • Maintain relationships with internal partners such as product managers to ensure attractive or exclusive offers for Citibank at work channel


Qualifications

Knowledge/Experience/

Technical Skills:

  • Tertiary education
  • 1 year of excellent retail banking sales experience
  • Experience in telesales
  • New relationship acquisition skills
  • Strong in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Personal Skills:
  • Able to present effectively and communicate ideas, concepts, and explain products and services
  • Excellent interpersonal and events management skills
  • Highly motivated and driven
