Job Purpose:

Support business transformation and customer experience innovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities 
  • Launch New Usage/Rewards and Merchant Platform to drive usage lift in Asia
  • Working with APAC/EMEA markets and Regional DM to gather business requirements and wishlists
  • Translating markets' business needs to process/product/customer experience innovations and redesign requirements
  • Driving these business requirements in the scrum discussions and designs
  • Working with scrum master and Regional DM to deliver the stages of development towards end stage design
  • Reviewing and aligning the user stories, development and design work to the business requirements
  • Driving periodic updates to Regional Usage team, relevant stakeholders (including marketing, digital, CWP team, COPS, Rage etc), steering committee management team and countries.
  • Driving UAT and adoption by markets at each stage of delivery, including pilots and test and learn and ongoing usage
  • Developing performance metrics and driving post launch review and updates to steering committee management team and countries
  • Budgeting and overall business case justification throughout the project
  • Designing launch campaigns with markets including developing country updated process flow, user training, MRE guide, updated customer experience flow and centralized marketing assets
  • Developing engagement process between regional and countries at implementation including defining of centralized and country roles and responsibilities
