Description

  • The Telesales Manager will manage sales team(s) to focus and drive New-to-Bank acquisition for Credit Cards, Ready Credit, Citi Priority, Affluent products e.g Citigold, Citi Private Client, Installment Loans through outbound telemarketing and digital acquisition
  • Build team, conduct coaching, training and provide guidance for new hires and officers
  • Set sales targets, monitor performance and pace officers' progress to meet monthly targets
  • Energize, motivate team member and build strong team
  • Sales planning and execution
  • Prepare sales reports and MIS
  • Manage and resolve customers' issues
  • Coach and train team members to deliver good client experience and customer service
  • Review sales call quality and applications
  • Ensure team adherence to compliance and control
