We Offer
You will be responsible for facilities services as well as small change (moves and changes) projects covering APAC countries: Australia, China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and Thailand. In addition to having oversight of the regional delivery of Travel related services (on a dotted line basis), you will ensure GWES resources are aligned to the Business' strategic plans, and build positive relationships with all business partners including senior partners, as well as with the COOs and Departmental Heads. You will be responsible for monitoring the financial performance and meeting efficiency targets as required by the GBSS financial plan including the implementation of initiatives (Business driven and also global control) and ensuring the team manage and report risks & issues (buildings, landlords and vendors) and incidents in line with global directives.

Your future colleagues
As the Regional Lead within Global Workplace and Employee Services (GWES) tower of Group Business Support Services (GBSS) you will be part of the GWES Management Committee and GBSS Extended Leadership Team. You will lead a small team with sub-regional responsibilities and have oversight of day to day delivery of facilities services by our vendor partner. You will also be expected to coordinate with the APAC Leads from other GBSS towers including but not limited to Engineering, Leasing and Projects to ensure a cohesive delivery of GBSS services.

You Offer

We are looking for:
  • Prior experience managing an operational regional team. APAC regional experience is desirable.
  • Practical experience delivering facility services is also desirable.
  • Exposure to vendor management including outsourcing frameworks/obligations as well as an appreciation for regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • A proven ability to lead, manage and collaborate gained through working in a high-achieving management team at a major global organization.
  • Experience preparing and managing budgets.
  • Control minded: able to identify and address areas of non-compliance in a timely manner. Comfortable in establishing governance and processes to ensure readiness in audit events.
  • Prepared to work overtime / take evening calls with global counterparts on a weekly basis.
