Management for portfolio investments
Build and evaluate financial models for deal analysis, can do cash flow modelling and investment valuation Contribute to the entire deal life cycle of investment transactions Market research: Providing research support for new and existing transactions. Including, competitor research, sector, competitor and valuation benchmarking Contribute to documentation to be presented at Investment Committees Support preparation of quarterly fund reports for portfolio companies Source information on a monthly and quarterly basis from portfolio companies to support portfolio reporting Expected to own the deal end to end from pipeline to eventual deployment of funds Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- At least 5 years of investment or related experience (VC/PE, investment banking, private equity, consulting, due diligence)
- Outstanding analytical skills, detail-oriented, proactive and self-motivated
- Good excel skills, able to produce well designed professional looking Power-point presentations
- Strong written, analytical and verbal communication skills
- Advantageous and good to have points: Familiarity with South East Asia / India markets and prior exposure to technology companies and startups. Familiarity with startups, founders, investors and prior experience at a VC or a growth stage PE firm in South East Asia / India.
