A Lead People Analytics role has become available at a leading Financial firm. In this Lead, People Analytics role you will partner with the business and HR leadership to guide decisions on our most important asset, our people.
About the Lead People Analytics role
In this journey you strive to deliver insights, connecting people, performance to business outcomes focusing on talent management, employee engagement, organisation health, and workforce planning.
Key responsibilities:
- Empower leaders with actionable insights to guide business decisions and elevate organizational performance
- Collaborate with cross functional teams within People organization to highlight workforce issues and leverage quantitative and qualitative data to provide recommendations
- Build robust analyses and scalable dashboards to track the progress of people initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement
- Leverage data mining and machine learning techniques to build models, unify data sources and datasets from across the employee lifecycle to test hypothesis, enhance our understanding of employee behaviours
- Lead and manage employee master data systems ensuring data integrity & data compliance
- Develop dashboards for effective and automated reporting on key HR metrics
- Design and develop statistical / data models with various analytics tools (e.g. R, Python, BI Dashboards, forecasting tools) to deliver descriptive and predictive insights to enable HR and the business
To succeed in this Lead, People Analytics role, you will need to have at least 5 years of experience.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in scripting language
- Proficiency in at least 1 statistical tool, e.g. SPSS, SAS, STATA, Matlab
- Proficiency in at least 1 BI tool, e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Qlik
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability in data storytelling
- Proven experience as an analytics professional with solid experience in data analysis and reporting
- Hands-on project experience with demonstrated success is a must
