Roles and Responsibilities
- Own test quality and outcome of all test phases in testing projects including but not limited to System Integration Test, Performance test etc.
- Manage m
- Drive test automation using TOSCA and achieve test automation targets
- Ensure compliance with contracts and timely closure of milestones/ payments
- Prioritizes testing requirements and areas for self and users, identifies and eliminates potential testing roadblocks
- Create test progress reports highlighting risks, issues, mitigation measures and keeping stakeholders informed on progress
- Collaborate with teams across shores to meet the required outcomes and objectives
- Work with Test Managers/ test leads owning process of identification of test scenarios, creation of test cases, execution, defect logging/ tracking and ensure timely closure of all test phases
- Work with users to plan UAT activities ensuring adequate coverage
- Chair defect triage meetings and drive defect fix/ retest and closure
Prerequisites
- Overall, 14-18 years of experience with 4+ years of managing testing programs, providing governance and stakeholder management
- Hands on experience managing test managers/ test leads in large testing programs
- Hands on experience in managing stakeholders, providing status reports, risks, issues to senior stakeholders
- 2+ years of hands on experience managing testing projects in Enterprise Applications (e.g. SAP, Workday)
- Exposure to Core banking will be an added advantage
