Project Manager - Channels , Service and Risk Management, E-Business

  • Execute Service, Regulatory and Risk related initiatives, programmes and projects in alignment with the Bank's digital strategy and roadmap,

  • Work closely with various stakeholders i.e. GLRC, ORM, FRM to perform in-depth analysis to drive these initiatives and programmes to fruition

  • To jointly evaluate proposals and solutions provided by IT and provide

  • To manage and drive user acceptance test, develop rollout plan and complete implementation activities

  • Ensure smooth rollout of programmes and projects, manage pre and post-implementation activities, develop processes with operations teams

  • Work closely with various value chain partners to resolve project and post implementation issues

Qualifications
- Holds a university degree with 3-5 years' of work experience in project / programme management

- Familiar with the digital landscape especially in banking

- Direct or previous experience in audit, risk management or regulatory compliance is a plus

- Good team player who is able to work independently with strong communication skills to build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders

- Resourceful, passionate and possess a strong sense of urgency and tenacity to deliver superior customer experience through the projects / programs

- Able to work under extreme pressure to meet tight timelines.
