What you'll do
As a Project & Data Quality Management Manager, you will play an active role in improving customer service by using data analytics to analyse and stratify ongoing service requests and complaint database, identify trend and underlying issues, areas for improvement to internal teams for operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Develop data-driven actionable customer insights to improve service experience and support business initiatives.
Handle projects and end-user requirements for streamlined processes

Qualifications
What you bring
At least Bachelor's degree in mathematical or information technology and financial discipline
Programming, data and project management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with previous experience working on projects in CRM, Banking or Customer Service environment.
You must be passionate about customer service, pro-active, cheerful in nature, and team-oriented.
Strong interpersonal, articulation, communication and presentation skills
Ability to think independently and to work under pressure
