The Project Manager / Business Analyst will be part of Finance IT and in charge of both Project management and business analysis on various projects. Role and responsibilities
- Maintain the Backlog of Financial and Regulatory Reporting projects.
- Collaborating with Stakeholders to define the Business Case, its scope and prioritization.
- Formulating a project roadmap with the identification of Business or IT Domains required.
- Coordination and capacity planning to support the Projects including the allocation of resources.
- Perform Budget forecasting, Estimation and Actuals controlling.
- Creation of the work schedule with timelines and deliverables.
- Responsible for managing & reporting project risks and issues.
- Handling of IT topics such as Tech Obsolescence, Security aspects of vulnerabilities and continuity.
- Manage Steering Committees & Working Groups in each streams.
- Chair combined Transversal Steering Committee of all streams.
- Comprehension of the Business Requirements and documentation of specifications.
- Drive and organize workshops with business to clarify business requirement.
- Analyze business requirement and translate into Functional Specification documentation
- Participate in full development lifecycle and formulate each deliverable into tasks.
- Required to perform follow-up and analysis on the L3 production support topics for the Asset to ensure BAU.
- Oversee a team of Functional & IT BAs, Developers and Testers for your projects.
- Provide coaching and leadership to the Team.
Candidate profile
- 10+ years of Project Manager and/or Business analyst experience
- Specific project implementation experience in any of the following areas as BA and PM: Financial Reporting, Asset Liability & Treasury Management or Core Banking Solutions Data Flows
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role with Financial Services.
- Good knowledge and working capability of product life cycle
- Good knowledge and understanding of the information flow and various business functions in a financial services/bank.
- Knowledge on Accounting/Finance system implementation lifecycle.
- Experience working throughout the entire project life cycle; including analyzing and documenting requirements, workshops, testing and stakeholder management throughout.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment
- Collaborate with teams and work with groups effectively spread across various regions
- Demonstrable experience in leadership and excellent people management.
- Strong critical thinker with problem solving aptitude.
- PMP certified / Scrum certification would be advantageous
