Sales Support Officer

Sales Support Officer

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Provides administration support in the Financial Protection Specialist (FPSs) office
  • Supports the FPS Team Managers in managing sales compliance and operational risk with strict adherence to the Bank's operational standards and compliance requirements
  • Support FPSs to schedule and co-ordinate on medical appointments for their customers
  • Conduct tracking of various business parameters such as sales and marketing incentives, referral volume from various partners, training records, etc.
  • Conducts pre-checks on sales documentation
  • Processes monthly claims for the FPSs
  • Helping to orientate newly hired FPSs

Reporting:
  • Sales Support Manager in FPS Unit


Qualifications
Requirements:
  • Polytechnic Diploma Graduates or those with relevant working experience or track record in a support function role are welcomed to apply
  • Possess initiative, drive and attention to details
  • Must be a team player
  • Competent in the suite of Microsoft Office application, in particular Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
