* Responsible for the Project management/delivery of the Client Liabilities Management (CLM) program by working closely with treasury markets (TM), technology and control functions
* Coordinate delivery of S2BX MM module to various locations; Rollout LPRC framework & CTM within SCB
* Optimize the KYC approval process and implement ISIC based pricing
* Manage Front-to-back on-boarding of new products across all the TP systems (Murex 2.11, Murex 3.1, FEDS, OPICS, etc.) within SCB
* Manage onboarding of financial products aimed at improving the regulatory metrics (LCR, NSFR, etc.) by working closely with TM, TM Sales, COO, Control functions and Technology stakeholders
* Work with internal teams to facilitate deliverables related to regulatory approvals
* Manage all stages of IT project
* Work with COO, TM and Technology stakeholders to create strategic infrastructure roadmap
* Assist business in identifying investment spend areas and build PEDs for project funding; Manage funds deployment and benefits for all approved programs within the CL space
* Assist with innovation agenda for TM to quickly assess practicalities for new initiatives
* Single point of contact for business requirements, preparing BOW and prioritization
* Represent Technology and provide leadership to strategic business initiatives
* Drive the TM change agenda by managing the development of efficient and effective booking models for new products

Qualifications and Skills

* Thorough understanding of TM business, products and operational processes and their alignment with technology
* Hands-on work experience relating to change management or new process implementation
* Prior experience in eCommerce platforms' (both internal & third party platforms) country rollouts, MM pricing, product onboarding and customer onboarding
* Prior experience in managing Front-to-back TP systems' (preferably Murex 3.1) implementations and product rollouts including Money market pricing, trade booking, accounting, confirmations, settlements & reconciliations
* Prior delivery experience using the Agile Project Management framework
* Ability to handle multiple initiatives and changing priorities
* Strategic thinker and with a macro dimensional view of the technology's alignment with business
* Knowledge of SCB architecture, processes and systems is an advantage
* Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
