The Senior Business Analyst will work on the decommissioning and implementation of new Execution systems for Wealth Management (Equities, Funds, Bonds, ETDs).
Role and responsibilities:
- To be actively involved in all the development lifecycle of the project : preparation, elaboration, construction/integration in Agile mode, UAT, release and implementation support
- To help defining the detailed requirements with users and write specifications for developers in the squad for the design of the interfaces and integration using interviews, workshops, document analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, tasks and workflow analysis...
- To become the SME for the new Execution platform
- To participate to other projects within the Execution Division, particularly in relation with sites in Asia (HK/SG/TW)
Profile requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 8+ years of experience as business analyst in banking industry
- Significant experience on projects on Trading/Execution tools (Bloomberg Tools, EMSX, TSOX, FIX protocol) involving end to end trading flow
- Good knowledge of other domains and activities in the bank (Front Office, Back Office) on their tools.
- Strong analytical skills
- Good verbal and communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, managers, subjects matter experts, providers
- Implication and availability
- Ability to work with developers in Agile mode
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good attitude, proactive and work well together in a team
- IT Background is a plus: SQL, XML, API definition
