We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Vice President, Business Services .

Principal responsibilities

  • Drives the implementation, operation and delivery of Compliance assurance activities that provide proactive, timely monitoring on the current and emerging risk environment to continue to operate in a compliant manner
  • Actively seeks out, shares and encourages the adoption of best practice in business operations
  • Ensure that the productivity and quality levels are achieved as per the standards sent for the process.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of features, benefits and procedures and take initiative to review daily process updates for defect free implementation.
  • Demonstrate ways to improve customer service and increase productivity.
  • Suggest ideas and contribute to implementing actions that will improve customer service, quality or the way teams and individuals work together.
  • To continually reassess the operational risks associated with the role and inherent in the business, taking account of changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices, management restructurings, and the impact of new technology.


Qualifications
Requirements
  • Background and good knowledge of private banking or financial services and operations matters
  • Proven experience in daily operations workflow
  • Proven ability to work across regions whilst maintaining a global perspective
  • Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and business sponsors
  • Strong people and team management experience
  • Experience in front to back workflow
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Negotiation and conflict management skills
  • Strong risk awareness and management
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
