Asia & Oceania Administration Department - Legal & Business Admin.
Overview of Division/Department Our Legal and Business Administration, a member of our Asia & Oceania Administration Department, consists of two teams- the Legal teamand the Business Administration team. The functions of the Legal team are to provide, in general, legal support to the bank in terms of any legal needs of the business lines. The functions of the Business Administration team are to provide, in general, general documentation and registration support in terms of setting up and maintenance of credit lines and customer accounts.

Job Responsibilities Your key roles & responsibilities include: - Provide overall leadership and management for Legal and Business Administration as Section Head, including training and supervision of subordinate staff.
- Manage the Bank's overall legal and credit/business administration risks through timely reviews and advice to management.
- Provide legal consultation to user department and manage relationship with external counsels.
- Liaison with Head Office, MAS and other governmental agencies on legal and credit/business administration issues.
- Perform all tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the business administration functions.
- Update of legal risk management policy and internal operation procedures.
- To perform any other duties as required from time to time.
Job Requirements What you should have: - Lawyer qualification and experience in law forms or legal section in FI,
- Overall leadership and management skills for Legal and Business Administration as Section Head, including training and supervision of subordinate staff.
