Business Function DBS Group Audit prides itself with the use of Data Analytics & Digital in enhancing audit effectiveness and efficiency. To that end, the Group Audit Data Analytics team is responsible for driving innovation in Analytics & Digital to help audit teams uncover risks and control weakness across different markets; and advance the Digital Auditing journey. Job Purpose Drive innovations and manage the delivery of IBG and RMG Audit Analytics. Job Duties & responsibilities Manage team to drive innovation and oversee end to end project deliveries Support product owners & stakeholders in backlog grooming, scope definition and prioritisation and benefits measurements Plan and drive achievement of project milestones with close management of deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies and financials Work closely with relevant technology teams to deliver technology solutions Provide management and project stakeholders' updates on project progress Establish and execute a change management plan Drive feedback process for continuous improvement of analytics capabilities Required Experience At least 10 years of project delivery and management experience Proven experience in Agile delivery methods and implementation of data analytics projects Proven capability in identifying, prioritising and structuring use-cases, by aligning against business priorities and strategic goals Knowledge of banking industry (Institutional Banking and Risk Management preferred) Experience in implementing Machine Learning models is a plus Independent, self-motivated, team player and can work under pressure Good interpersonal skill and able to influence the decision making with senior business managers Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinker Apply Now We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
